Position Overview
The AirDAO Regional Manager is an ambassadorial role. Our RM are responsible for overseeing and managing all AirDAO-related activities within their designated region.
We are looking out for a proactive person with very strong English communication skills and is able to align to the organization’s vision and mission and with the capability to drive AirDAO’s community expansion presence in the Asian region. This individual will monitor and coordinate activities with our local community managers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy for AirDAO operations, including market analysis, product positioning, and growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of cryptocurrency professionals, including Local community managers and Ambassadors.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships and business opportunities within the region to expand the company’s crypto presence.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor the cryptocurrency market trends, competitors, and user feedback to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on regional AirDAO activities, community performance, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Training and Education: Develop and implement training programs to educate both internal teams and external clients about AirDAO products and services.
Qualifications:

Experienced team player with proven experience

Proven experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain-related roles.

Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.

In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:

Relevant industry certifications or experience

Proficiency in English and two other Asian languages
