About Us: AirDAO Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the development of the AirDAO - a community-governed layer one blockchain and ecosystem of web3 dApps, powered by the AMB token. Role and Responsibilities: As the Executive Director of the AirDAO Foundation, you will be the driving force behind establishing the foundation’s core framework and developing the AirDAO ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a visionary strategy that aligns with the foundation’s mission and goals. Lead the team in shaping the direction of the AirDAO ecosystem and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  2. Process Building: Create robust processes and procedures for project evaluation, selection, and grant allocation. Design a transparent and efficient framework for engaging with blockchain projects and nurturing their development.
  3. Project Granting: Oversee the grant allocation process, ensuring fair evaluation and selection of projects aligning with the foundation’s objectives. Nurture relationships with grant recipients to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with industry stakeholders, blockchain experts, and thought leaders to build a thriving blockchain ecosystem. Facilitate collaborations in the AirDAO Ecosystem and knowledge-sharing to foster innovation.
  5. Public Relations: Act as the foundation’s representative at conferences, events, and in interactions with the media. Effectively communicate the foundation’s vision and accomplishments to a broad audience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the blockchain or technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications.
  • Strong track record of strategic planning, process development, and project management.
  • Solid financial literacy.

Hello AirDAO Community!

My name is Davis @royo,and my business partner Lee @footballer009 and I would like to introduce ourselves to you all!

Lee and I run a digital agency together where we market and grow businesses. We have been involved in crypto since 2017 building community growth programs and growing projects. We have been following the evolution of AirDAO since the Ambrosus days and we both agreed that now was the perfect opportunity to get involved and utilize our skillsets to build out the AirDAO community.

The AirDAO network is strong and the new foundation decentralization roadmap points towards a lot of growth and change in the coming months, and we are looking forward to contributing our skills to develop this reemerging ecosystem.

Dear AirDAO Foundation team and community,

It is an honor to write to you to express my interest in the position of Strategic Leader at AirDAO Foundation, as described in the job offer. With a strong track record in cryptocurrency and DAOs, and having the privilege of leading operations at NFTb, I am excited to join the AirDAO Foundation team and contribute to its continued growth and success.

My previous experience in crypto projects and DAOs like Dash and Horizen, as well as my recent role as Operations Leader at NFTb, has provided me with a unique perspective on the blockchain ecosystem and the opportunities it offers. At NFTb, I worked alongside Tommy So, the company’s Co-Founder and COO, playing a critical role in developing and implementing organizational, operational, and marketing strategies. In addition, I managed relationships with partner projects, established strategic alliances and led the execution of campaigns and initiatives that contributed to the profitability of the project.

My knowledge and experience in the field of DAOs and cryptocurrencies led me to know about AirDAO for a long time. Since the beginning of this year, I have had the privilege of coordinating with my teammate, activities on behalf of AirDAO in the Latin American region. This work included the opening of communication channels in the Kucoin and Binance communities in Spanish and Portuguese, which allowed AMAs to be carried out on both exchanges and facilitated the expansion of AirDAO’s presence in the region.

Considering my experience in DAOs, NFTs, gaming and web3, as well as my deep commitment to the blockchain ecosystem, I see an exciting opportunity for AirDAO in the current market conditions. I am convinced that we can continue to innovate and develop initiatives that strengthen the self-sustainability of AirDAO and expand its ecosystem. It would be an honor for me to join the AirDAO Foundation team and contribute all my knowledge and skills for the success of the project.
